I love listening to the podcast. It gets me through my workouts. I’ve been sick since January ( my diagnosis of a blood clotting disorder) of 2021 and working my way back up ! The ladies helped me. I’d get bored if it were not for these wonderful darlings that make me laugh, relate and know that there’s nothing wrong with being reasonably shady.
