Hi Robyn! I fell in love with the concept of the satin inner lining, and was not disappointed. I love my cap and have already received compliments on the streets. I am officially now a fan of the Embellished brand. The quality of the hat is so good. I love the lining, but I didn't realize the outer part of the cap was also made with a softer material. The print looks good and definitely worth the cost. Wearing the cap is fun and makes me feel youthful. I think I would rock it a lot this summer, but I got it a little early to try out. I'm looking forward to pairing it with shorts and flip flops and dressing it up a bit with rompers or summer dresses. I think it's such a unique cap.
While I love the design, I also do want to forget to talk about craftsmanship some more. I love the sliding band on the back to tighten the fit. It is not a flimsy sliding band and it does the job well. I also think the actual sticking or sewing of the cap is good. There were no stray or puckering seams on it. Always a good initial sign and I'd be happy to update about the longevity. however, judging by it's initial state I think this cap will hold up well.
Good job Robin. Although you have. reputation for being reasonably shady, this cap is beyond reasonable and absolutely NOT shady!
